We are chartered by the 1st Presbyterian Church of Granada Hills and have been in existence for over 50 years. We are in the Balboa Oaks District of the Western Los Angeles County Council. We have Den meetings on Monday evenings from 7 to 8 PM with the Pack meeting the 4th Monday of each month at our chartered church.
We have a great program for boys in first through fifth grades. The purpose of Cub Scouting is: to have fun; to influence character development; to encourage good citizenship, sportsmanship, personal achievement, and spiritual growth; to improve understanding within the family; to strengthen the ability to get along with other boys and respect other people; to encourage boys to be helpful and do their best; and to prepare them to become Boy Scouts. Did we mention fun? More than anything else, Cub Scouting is fun.
